Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for an English Customer Service Agent. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer support through various communication channels, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the agent will work to enhance the customer experience by providing accurate, timely information and identifying opportunities for improved service delivery. Collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to assist customers effectively.
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and maintaining a positive Customer Experience.
  • A background in Customer Service Representatives roles and direct customer interaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or related tools is a plus.
  • Experience in a similar role or customer service position preferred.

Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£36,000.00 per month
