Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo for an English Customer Satisfaction Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Tabby's users, addressing inquiries promptly, and helping resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction. You will act as a vital link between the company and its customers, offering guidance about products and services while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Collaboration with other teams may also be required to improve customer experiences and provide valuable feedback for process enhancement.
