English Customer Service (B2)

QuickfirmX is hiring Customer Service Advisors for a new international company – English-speaking accounts based in Maadi, Cairo.

Job Role

• Handle customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails in English.
• Resolve product or service-related issues efficiently and professionally.
• Follow internal company procedures and performance standards.
• Maintain polite, clear, and professional communication at all times.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction and meet service quality KPIs.
• Accurately document all customer interactions.
• Build strong rapport with customers and offer suitable solutions or recommendations.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Participate in training and development programs.

Requirements

• English Language Level: Minimum B2
• Education: Graduates only
• Location: Must be able to work onsite in Maadi, Cairo
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong teamwork and adaptability to dynamic environments
• Ready to start immediately

Shifts & Working Hours

• Rotational shifts (24/7) — flexibility required
• 8 working hours per day + 1-hour break
