About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage students effectively across various learning levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English language and literature to students as per the academic curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
• Conduct classroom lectures, interactive sessions, and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Provide feedback and support to help students improve their language skills.
• Maintain academic records and ensure timely completion of syllabus.
• Encourage reading habits, creative writing, and critical thinking among students.
• Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English (B.A./M.A. in English, or equivalent).
• B.Ed. preferred (not mandatory).
• Proven experience as an English teacher/faculty (school, college, institute, or coaching center).
• Strong command over spoken and written English.
