Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and edit formal and informal letters, professional emails, and business correspondence.
  • Ensure content is grammatically correct, well-structured, and aligned with the intended tone.
  • Maintain consistency in style, format, and professionalism across communications.
  • Proofread and review written material for clarity, accuracy, and conciseness.
  • Collaborate with managers or clients to understand requirements before drafting.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Excellent command of written English (grammar, punctuation, and style).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt tone to context (formal, professional, personal).
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, or other writing tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience writing for corporate or academic purposes.
  • Knowledge of drafting legal/official letters (a plus).
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, professional writing.
