Stetson School, a trauma-informed residential and educational treatment program for young men ages 9–22, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate English Language Arts Teacher to join our education team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality instruction while supporting students with a range of emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges.

Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field required; Master’s preferred
Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for a Massachusetts Preliminary, Initial, or Professional license in English Language Arts (6–12); waiver support may be available
Certifications: CPR/First Aid required (or willing to obtain)
Experience: 0–3 years in a classroom or special education setting; experience with at-risk youth is a plus
Driver’s License: Valid MA (or state of residence) driver’s license required
