Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site English Language Instructor role based in Gujar Khān. The English Language Instructor will be responsible for teaching English language courses to individuals and groups, using Berlitz’s proven methodologies and materials. The instructor will develop lesson plans, provide personalized attention to learners, assess their progress, and ensure they achieve their language learning goals. The role includes maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment to encourage student success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English language teaching, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to motivate and engage learners effectively.
• Planning, organizational, and classroom management skills to deliver well-structured and engaging lessons.
• Adaptability and cultural sensitivity to work with learners from diverse backgrounds.
• 16 years of education required; a degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in language instruction or teaching is beneficial but not mandatory.
