Job Title: English Language Instructor (Arabic Speaker)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and motivated English Language Instructor who is a native or fluent Arabic speaker, based in Abu Dhabi. The instructor will deliver high-quality English language training to individuals and groups through both online and in-person (offline) sessions, with flexibility to teach on weekdays and weekends as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective English language instruction to learners of varying proficiency levels
- Conduct online and face-to-face classes according to scheduled programs
- Customize lesson plans to meet learners’ academic, professional, or personal goals
- Assess learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback
- Prepare teaching materials, exercises, and assessments
- Maintain accurate attendance and progress records
- Communicate clearly with students in both English and Arabic when needed
- Adapt teaching methods to suit individual and group learning styles
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as an English Language Instructor / Teacher
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken; reading/writing preferred)
- Strong command of English (native or near-native proficiency)
- Relevant qualification (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent preferred)
- Ability to teach both online and in-person
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, punctual, and reliable
Availability Requirements:
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi
- Available for weekdays and weekends, depending on training needs
- Flexible schedule to accommodate online and offline sessions
