Role Description

This is a full-time on site role as an English Lecturer based in Al Baha. The role involves delivering engaging and effective English lectures, developing and implementing curriculum plans, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include assessing student performance, modifying teaching methods to meet diverse needs, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the academic program.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in English Teaching and Lecturing
• Experience in Curriculum Development and Educational methodologies
• Proficiency in Teaching with a focus on diverse and inclusive practices
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve academic success
• Master's degree or equivalent in English, Education, or a related field
• Prior experience in a higher education or academic setting is a plus
• Comfortable working on site in Al Baha
