English Native Teacher for Nursery School

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated English Native Speaker Teacher to join our nursery school team. The ideal candidate will create a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young children can grow, learn, and develop essential early childhood skills. The teacher will play a key role in building children’s confidence, communication abilities, and love for learning through creative and engaging activities.

Location: Al-Ain

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote early literacy, numeracy, and social development.
• Create a positive, caring, and inclusive classroom atmosphere where children feel safe and valued.
• Foster children’s curiosity, creativity, and independence through play-based learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding each child’s progress, behavior, and development.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s learning and growth in line with the nursery’s curriculum standards.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
• Encourage good manners, respect, and positive social interaction among children.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development sessions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with nursery or early years children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, patient, and energetic personality with a genuine love for working with children.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural and collaborative team.
• Immediate join preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
