• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements.

• Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred).

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
