What You’ll be Doing
Do you have a passion for helping others? In this role, you’ll support retailers for Volkswagen, the leading multi-branded motor manufacturer. Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one. You’ll receive inbound contacts across multiple channels from retailers across our client’s brands. You’ll make outbound contacts where required and work with third parties in resolving retailer questions and business process related cases. You’ll build effective and efficient working relationships with key client contacts within relevant networks and with external and internal third parties.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Providing customer service to VW dealerships and retailers
  • Be a VW brand advocate
  • Liaise with other suppliers such vehicle logistics companies, port authorities, IT support desk, and external fulfilment operations
  • Keep up to date with products, pricing, marketing, business developments and procedures
  • Highlight issues, trends, or areas of opportunity for improvement of services

What You Bring to the Role

  • Experience supporting business processes, client handling skills within an automotive retail environment or with a strong interest or working knowledge of cars / commercial vehicles and the supporting retailer service Networks
  • Client focused and resolution-oriented mindset
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate negotiation, conflict management and empathy skills
  • Computer savvy
