English Stenographer

1. Transcription & Documentation

  • Take dictation in shorthand during meetings, conferences, and discussions
  • Transcribe shorthand notes into accurate written documents
  • Prepare letters, reports, minutes of meetings, and official correspondence
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation systems

2. Administrative Support

  • Draft and format official documents and emails
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Maintain records and confidential documents

3. Communication & Coordination

  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Assist senior management with documentation and reporting
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and documents

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
