1. Transcription & Documentation
- Take dictation in shorthand during meetings, conferences, and discussions
- Transcribe shorthand notes into accurate written documents
- Prepare letters, reports, minutes of meetings, and official correspondence
- Maintain proper filing and documentation systems
2. Administrative Support
- Draft and format official documents and emails
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain records and confidential documents
3. Communication & Coordination
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Assist senior management with documentation and reporting
- Ensure timely submission of reports and documents

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
