Job Opportunity: English Lead (Head Office) Roots International School

Location: Islamabad / Rawalpindi

Job Type: Full-time (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Travelling: Frequent travel within twin cities & occasional travel to major cities across Pakistan

Are you passionate about English curriculum development, teacher training, and academic excellence? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced English Lead to join our Head Office Academic Team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, review, and distribute teaching resources for Primary and Middle School.

Design assessments and evaluation tools aligned with curriculum benchmarks.

Conduct teacher training sessions to enhance instructional strategies and classroom practices.

Monitor and evaluate classroom implementation through regular school visits and reporting.

Collaborate with school heads and teachers to ensure curriculum consistency and quality.

Support the academic team in planning academic events and initiatives.

Requirements

Master’s degree in English, Education, or relevant field.

Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at Primary or Middle School level; experience in curriculum design preferred.

Strong command of English language teaching methodologies.

Excellent skills in assessment development, teacher training, and monitoring & evaluation.

Willingness to travel frequently within twin cities and occasionally to other regions.

Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
