English Teacher

We are looking for a dedicated and qualified English Teacher for TGT for Adithya Global School - CBSE School .

The candidate must hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree along with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in English. The role demands a strong command over English language and literature, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to student success.

• Prepare lesson plans in accordance with curriculum standards.
• Conduct classroom instruction through engaging and interactive methodologies.
• Evaluate students through regular assessments, assignments, projects, and examinations.
• Provide individualized support to students with learning difficulties.
• Promote reading habits and literary appreciation among students.
• Maintain accurate student records and report progress to parents/guardians.
• Coordinate with fellow teachers, subject heads, and administrative staff.
• Encourage student participation in debates, elocution, writing competitions, and literary clubs.
• Attend staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English (B.A./M.A. in English)
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) – Mandatory
• Experience:
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience at the secondary/higher secondary level (preferred)
• Freshers with strong academic background and communication skills may also apply.
• FEMALE Candidate Mandatory .

SKILLS:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Sound knowledge of grammar, composition, and literature
• Classroom management and student engagement strategies
• Technological proficiency (smart classes, online teaching tools, MS Office, Google Classroom, etc.)
