Teaching and Research Manager

Recruitment Criteria

1. Education and Experience

  • Education Requirement : Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in management, education, or related fields.
  • Experience Requirement : At least 5 years of management experience in the educational training industry, with familiarity in teaching product design and project management.

2. Skill Requirements

  • Teaching Product Design : Familiar with the packaging design of teaching products and experienced in optimizing project processes.
  • Technology Application : Proficient in the application scenarios of AI and automation tools, with the ability to drive technological empowerment.
  • Data Analysis : Strong data analysis and decision-making skills, capable of driving business improvements through data.

3. Soft Skills

  • Responsibility and Execution : Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, capable of efficiently driving project implementation.
  • Innovation Mindset : Highly innovative, able to propose creative solutions based on industry trends.
  • Customer Orientation : Customer-centric thinking, able to optimize products and services based on customer needs.



Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement service optimization strategies for new products and projects to ensure teaching products meet market demands.
  • Propose innovative teaching solutions based on industry trends and technological advancements.

2. Team Management

  • Responsible for the recruitment, training, enhancing the team’s overall professional capabilities.
  • Establish performance evaluation standards to motivate team members to achieve goals.

3. Technology Empowerment

  • Promote the application of AI and automation tools in teaching scenarios to improve teaching efficiency and quality.
  • Explore innovative applications of new technologies in teaching to maintain the institution’s technological leadership.

4. Customer Experience

  • Lead customer experience optimization projects to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Continuously improve teaching products and services through data analysis and customer feedback.

5. Evaluation and Improvement

  • Monitor the achievement of evaluation metrics to ensure team and project goals are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement mechanisms to optimize teaching processes and management systems.
