English Teacher

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching English language and literature, fostering communication skills, and guiding students toward academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons that meet curriculum standards.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and spoken English.
• Encourage active participation through interactive activities, group discussions, and projects.
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback to support student learning and improvement.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, discipline, and curiosity.
• Integrate modern teaching methods and technology into lesson delivery.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall teaching program.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification (preferred).
• Proven experience as an English Teacher or in a similar role.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning needs.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,409.75 - ₹34,239.62 per month
