Responsibilities

• Teach and develop students’ overall English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Support and align with British, American, and IB curricula (Y1–Y9) for school integration and transition.
• Strengthen students’ understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and language awareness for academic English.
• Provide guidance and practice for CAT4 test preparation and skills.
• Offer IELTS foundation training and progress support for higher-level learners.
• Develop detailed lesson plans, track student progress, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Participate in teaching research, lesson planning, and content development.
• Maintain effective communication with students and parents, focusing on learning outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in English, Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of English teaching experience; international school or training center experience preferred.
• Native-level English proficiency with a clear British accent preferred.
• Capable of teaching students from beginner to advanced levels.
• Familiar with CAT4, IELTS, Cambridge English, and IB English assessment systems.
• Patient, inspiring, and highly responsible in teaching.
• Diligent, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
• Friendly, cooperative, and able to maintain good relationships with colleagues.
• Candidates with proven teaching achievements or performance records will be given priority.
