• Conduct English training sessions for hotel employees across various departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, etc.).
• Focus on developing practical communication skills, pronunciation, and confidence in conversation.
• Prepare customized training materials suitable for hospitality and customer service contexts.
• Assess employees’ language levels and track their progress.
• Create interactive, engaging lessons using real hotel scenarios and role plays.
• Provide feedback and support to help participants achieve noticeable improvement.
• Collaborate with HR and Department Heads to identify training needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an English Trainer / ESL Teacher, preferably in hospitality or corporate training.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design engaging lessons and motivate adult learners.
• Flexible, patient, and culturally sensitive.
