English Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Teacher to handle ICSE and IGCSE curriculum. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage students through innovative and interactive teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with ICSE and IGCSE syllabi.
• Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills through diverse activities.
• Prepare students for internal assessments, board examinations, and Cambridge checkpoints.
• Design lesson plans, worksheets, and evaluation tools that cater to different learning styles.
• Evaluate and record students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and academic support.
• Organize and guide literary events, debates, essay writing, and drama activities.
• Integrate technology and digital resources to enhance classroom learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan cross-curricular projects and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and development.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in English or Literature.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in ICSE or IGCSE curriculum.
• Strong understanding of assessment methods and exam formats under both boards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,013.53 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 per week
