English Teacher

The English Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging English lessons that develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills. The role requires creativity, effective communication, and a strong command of grammar and literature to enhance students’ linguistic and critical thinking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver lessons according to the school’s curriculum and grade level.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, literature, and creative writing.
• Develop and implement engaging classroom activities that encourage participation.
• Evaluate student progress through classwork, assignments, and assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback and maintain student records.
• Encourage reading habits and organize related classroom activities.
• Prepare lesson plans and coordinate with the Section Head for academic planning.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and school events.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a reputable school (Cambridge or Matric system).
• Skills:
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity in lesson planning and activity design.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methods and assessment tools.

Preferred:

• Experience with Cambridge curriculum.
• Candidates residing in Gulistan-e-Jauhar or nearby areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
