English Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct English language classes covering Speaking, Reading, Writing, and Listening skills.
• Train students in grammar, vocabulary building, sentence formation, and communication skills.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, worksheets, and assessments.
• Improve students’ confidence in public speaking, group discussions, and interviews.
• Track student progress and maintain proper records and reports.
• Provide personalized guidance and feedback to weak learners.
• Ensure discipline, punctuality, and effective classroom management.
• Coordinate with center staff for smooth batch operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in English or any relevant stream.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Prior experience as an English/Soft Skill trainer preferred.
• Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle diverse learning levels.

Additional Expectations:

• Positive attitude and student-centric approach.
• Ability to create an engaging and interactive classroom environment.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, online tools).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
