PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate English classes to all operational departments
o Create an appropriate syllabus though department and individual needs
o Make an assessment with all learners to ensure the improvement
o Prepare learning material.
o Coordinate with other departments to ensure the learning schedule.
o Ensure that the learning tracking is always up to date and keep in file
o Ensure that the staff receives their full benefits and welfare.
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops oneself at all times.
- Understands hotel operation and policies so that can assist others to perform their functions efficiently.
- Maintains grooming standards.
- Helps conserve energy and water, manages wastes by reducing and recycle the wastes, carefully use of all resources.
- Establishes two ways communication with all including encourage this practice among all.
- Ensures the tidiness & cleanliness in the office.
- Performs any other related duties as assigned by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- At least Bachelor degree in Teaching.
- Practical experience in English language teaching at least 3 years.
- Have good creativity and innovation
- Computer literate Posses professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
