English Teacher – Ajman

The Bloomington Academy, the first British Curriculum school in Ajman, is seeking a dedicated and qualified English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality lessons, foster a love for literature and language, and support students in developing strong reading, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the British Curriculum.
• Inspire and engage students through innovative and interactive teaching methods.
• Assess, record, and report student progress regularly.
• Differentiate lessons to cater to varying student needs and abilities.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in English, English Literature, or related field.
• Teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (UAE/British Curriculum experience preferred).
• MoE approval is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Candidates on a Spouse Visa are preferred.
