English Teacher (Female)

Job Duties:

1. Conduct in-person classes for primary students. Duties will include:

• Teaching students foundational English and computer knowledge.
• Guiding students to carry out simple projects.
• Handling class-related administrative responsibilities.
• Assessing and documenting the progress of 25-30 students effectively.

2. Leverage technology innovatively to enhance teaching and learning experiences.

3. Explain concepts in an engaging and relatable manner to maintain students’ interest.

4. Conduct activity-based classes that encourage hands-on learning.

Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency with computer applications and technology-driven teaching methods is required.
• Must be proficient in English.
• Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and Urdu are preferred.
• Some citable examples to demonstrate self-learning, critical thinking and skill development are highly preferred.
• Prior teaching experience with schools and NGOs is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in English (Preferred)
• B.Ed or Dl.Ed (Preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (Preferred)

Compensation:
