Job Overview

HBSS (Hybrid Software Solution) is seeking a dedicated and creative English Teacher to develop and deliver high-quality educational English content through YouTube videos. The role focuses on clear explanation, student engagement, and curriculum-aligned teaching, especially for school-level and academic learners.

The ideal candidate should be confident on camera, conceptually strong in English language and literature, and capable of explaining topics in a simple, logical, and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, script, and deliver English teaching videos for YouTube
• Teach grammar, writing skills, comprehension, literature, and exam-oriented topics
• Align content with school boards / academic syllabi where required
• Present lessons clearly with proper pronunciation, tone, and pacing
• Break complex topics into easy-to-understand explanations
• Maintain consistency in teaching style and video delivery
• Collaborate with the HBSS content and technical team
• Review feedback and improve content quality continuously

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English / Education / Linguistics (preferred)
• Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills
• Ability to explain concepts clearly to school-level and beginner learners
• Confident camera presence and clear voice
• Familiarity with YouTube-based teaching or online education
• Basic understanding of lesson planning and structured teaching

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience teaching SSC / HSSC / Board classes
• Prior experience creating educational videos or online content
• Knowledge of exam patterns and question-based teaching
• Comfort with digital tools (slides, screen recording, basic editing awareness)
