English Teacher ( Middle school )

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to teach middle school students (Grades 6–8). The teacher will be responsible for developing students’ reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills while fostering a love for literature and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in line with the school curriculum.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, literature, comprehension, creative writing, and communication skills.
• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to diverse learning needs.
• Integrate interactive teaching methodologies, including role play, group discussions, and presentations.
• Assess, record, and report on student progress through classwork, assignments, and tests.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and support them in improving language proficiency.
• Create a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Encourage students’ participation in debates, elocution, drama, and literary activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan cross-curricular activities and school events.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and school functions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
