Job Title:-English Teacher -Arab National with Active IELTS 7.5 /Dual Nationality /English Native Speaker only

Location: Al Ain, UAE

Salary: AED 13,000/month

Gender: Any

Nationality: English speakers preferred. Arabic speakers must have an IELTS score of 7.5 or above.

We are currently hiring a highly skilled and passionate English Teacher for a reputable school with multiple campuses in UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and a dedication to fostering language proficiency in students.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging English language lessons to students using creative and interactive teaching methods.
• Plan, prepare, and implement effective lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum and ADEK standards.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support language development.
• Encourage critical thinking, communication, and academic growth through innovative teaching strategies.
• Participate in staff development, school meetings, and parent-teacher conferences.
• Maintain a supportive and disciplined classroom environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Education, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).
• ADEK approval or eligibility is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably in the UAE.
• English speakers preferred. Arabic speakers must present an IELTS score of 7.5 or higher.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about student learning and academic excellence.
