Key Responsibilities:
- Early Language Development – Develop foundational English skills including phonics, vocabulary, speaking, and listening.
- Phonics Instruction – Teach letter recognition, sounds, blending, and basic word formation.
- Reading Readiness – Encourage pre-reading skills through storytelling, picture reading, and rhymes.
- Writing Skills – Support proper pencil grip, tracing, letter formation, and simple sentence writing.
- Activity-Based Learning – Use songs, flashcards, role play, games, and interactive activities to make learning engaging.
- Lesson Planning – Prepare age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Early Childhood curriculum standards.
- Classroom Management – Maintain a nurturing, safe, and structured learning environment.
- Student Assessment – Observe and assess student progress through informal and formal assessments.
- Parent Communication – Provide regular feedback to parents regarding academic and behavioral development.
- Professional Development – Participate in school trainings, workshops, and meetings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in English / Education / Early Childhood Education (ECE).
- Montessori / ECE certification preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience teaching pre-primary students.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Creative, patient, and child-friendly personality.
