English Teacher - Primary Stage

Egypt Education Platform is seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher - National School to join our esteemed educational team at Madinaty Language School. The successful candidate will play a vital role in fostering a love for English literature and language among students, while enhancing their communication and critical thinking skills.

Job Location: Madinaty, New Cairo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, focusing on developing students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students, supporting both advanced learners and those requiring additional assistance.
• Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations and feedback, adapting teaching methodologies as necessary to support student growth.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and a passion for learning.
• Foster a culture of respect and responsibility among students, promoting positive behavior and effective social skills.
• Engage with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and support their involvement in the educational process.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects that enrich the overall curriculum.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in teaching and learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Experience teaching Primary Stage is a must.
• Strong knowledge of English language and literature, with ability to inspire students in both subjects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Innovative and adaptable teaching style with a commitment to fostering student-centered learning.
• Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and contribute to the wider school community.
