Job Location: Madinaty, New Cairo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons designed for the Secondary Stage, following the Egyptian National Curriculum
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs, encouraging critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration among students
• Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support their growth
• Maintain an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that fosters respect, dignity, and a passion for learning
• Facilitate discussions and debates that encourage students to express their opinions and develop their analytical skills
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a rigorous curriculum that integrates various subjects and deepens understanding
• Engage with parents to discuss student progress and develop strategies for reinforcing learning at home

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field
• Experience teaching English at the Secondary Stage is essential
• At least 3 years of teaching experience, preferably within the framework of the National Curriculum
• Deep understanding of English language and literature with a proven track record of inspiring student achievement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
