Key responsibility

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate English Teacher Trainer to guide, coach, and develop our teaching team. The ideal candidate will support teachers in improving classroom performance, implementing creative teaching strategies, and maintaining the high standards of Sparks Preschool.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for teachers and co-teachers.

Observe classes and provide constructive feedback and coaching.

Support teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and English communication.

Develop training materials and programs that align with Sparks’ educational philosophy.

Ensure teaching standards and curriculum goals are consistently met.

Identify training needs and suggest development opportunities for staff.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

Proven experience as a Teacher Trainer, Academic Coordinator, or Senior English Teacher.

Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Strong communication, mentoring, and presentation skills.

Experience in early childhood education is preferred.

Pay: E£20,000.00 - E£30,000.00 per month
