English Teacher(for Open Class)

We are seeking enthusiastic Online English Teachers to deliver fun, interactive, and effective English lessons to young learners. The ideal candidate is a native or near-native English speaker who is passionate about early childhood education, possesses a charismatic and patient demeanor, and can create a positive and stimulating virtual classroom environment.

You will be responsible for guiding students through our structured curriculum, assessing their progress, and inspiring them to achieve their language learning goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Delivery: Conduct live, group lessons for children via our interactive online platform.
• Student Engagement: Create a vibrant, encouraging, and fun learning atmosphere using TPR (Total Physical Response), props, puppets, digital rewards, games, and songs to maintain high student engagement.
• Curriculum Execution: Follow the provided lesson plans and learning objectives while adapting your teaching style to meet the individual needs and learning paces of each student.
• Feedback & Assessment: Provide constructive and encouraging feedback to students during lessons. Complete brief post-lesson notes to track student progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Communication: Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with parents/guardians regarding their child’s progress and achievements.
• Technical Setup: Ensure a stable internet connection, a professional, child-friendly teaching background, and proper functioning of all necessary hardware and software.
• Professional Development: Participate in initial training sessions and ongoing workshops to continuously improve teaching skills and stay updated on company methodologies.
