About the Role
Teleperformance is launching a brand-new account in New Cairo and is seeking enthusiastic, English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-growing, people-first environment. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet performance targets including quality, productivity, and KPIs
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer experience
Requirements
- English proficiency: B2 to C1 level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work rotational shifts
- Cairo or Giza residents
- Egyptian nationals
- Open to graduates and undergraduates
