English Trainer

About the Role:

As an English Trainer you will be responsible for the following:

• To build English proficiency in teachers /trainee teachers through classroom training sessions.
• Make lesson plans, unit plans, worksheets, and activities that support the learning goals.
• Check and track improvement in Teachers English level and give timely and periodic feedback.
• Improvement on Vocabulary, grammar, fluency to build confidence and communication skills.
• Act as a Mentor and Guide to encourage teachers in a positive and friendly way.
• Design support plans for students to improve their English proficiency as and when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Post-Graduate.
• 3-5 years of experience in teaching English or English trainer roles.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong command on English Language.
• Familiar with interactive teaching methodologies.
• Ability to work independently.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
