Your Role
- Handle online courts proceedings in the UAE.
- Advise and handle commercial, civil, and real estate, employment and family disputes before local courts.
- Advise and handle property sale and purchase, and rental disputes before courts and RDC.
- Handle all administrative works before judicial organizations.
- Conduct continuous legal research and prepare articles and commentary notes on laws in the UAE.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree from reputable Egyptian university (English Section). Masters will be an advantage.
- You are a member of the Egyptian Bar.
- You have proven experience in dispute resolution in and outside the UAE.
- You have excellent writing skills and possess good command of English.
- You are open-minded, motivated, flexible, capable of working independently, and eager to develop yourself.
