Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled ENT Doctor to diagnose, treat, and manage disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. The ideal candidate should have excellent clinical knowledge, procedural expertise, and strong patient communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat conditions related to the ear, nose, throat, sinuses, head, and neck.
• Perform ENT procedures and surgeries such as tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, tympanoplasty, endoscopic sinus surgery, and ear tube placement.
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Advise patients on preventive care, lifestyle modifications, and post-treatment follow-ups.
• Collaborate with other specialists for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Participate in continuing medical education (CME) and professional development programs.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety, and infection control standards.

Qualifications & Education:

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
• MS / DNB in ENT / Otorhinolaryngology preferred.
• Registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or the relevant state medical council.
• Proven experience in clinical ENT practice and surgeries is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of ENT diseases, diagnostics, and surgical procedures.
• Proficiency in modern ENT treatment techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to patient care, ethical practice, and confidentiality.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and expertise).

• Freshers with MS/DNB in ENT can apply; 1–5 years of experience preferred for surgical procedures.
