The Role
We’re hiring an
Enterprise Account Executive
to own the full sales cycle for Sai: multi-threading accounts, running discovery, shaping solutions/pilots, navigating InfoSec & procurement, and closing multi-stakeholder deals across banking/financial services, real estate, hospitality, retail, and public sector. You’ll partner closely with Product, Marketing, and AI Engineering to turn customer pain into shipped value.
What You’ll Do

Own the enterprise motion end-to-end:
prospect, qualify, discovery, solution design, pilot/POC, commercial negotiation, contract close, handoff for implementation.

Consultative & value-led selling:
quantify ROI (AHT reduction, FCR, CSAT/NPS, conversion lift), build business cases, and align executive sponsors.

Multi-thread complex deals:
engage CIO/CTO, Heads of Contact Center/CX, Digital Transformation, and Compliance/InfoSec to de-risk and accelerate cycles.

Run crisp pilots:
scope success criteria, coordinate data/integration (telephony, CRM, ticketing, core systems), and prove value fast.

Forecast with discipline:
maintain
3–4× pipeline coverage
, drive accurate weekly commits, and beat quarterly new-logo and revenue targets.

Market intelligence:
track competitors, pricing, and AI adoption trends to sharpen our positioning and playbooks.

Expand accounts:
identify upsell/cross-sell (channels, seats, use cases, languages, on-prem/private cloud).

Be the voice of the customer:
feed product gaps/opportunities to Engineering and PM; help shape vertical solutions.
What You’ve Done
-
4–8 years
in B2B
enterprise
sales (SaaS/AI/voice/contact-center or similar), with a track record of
closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
.

Fluent in Arabic and English
; confident in presenting to C-level and steering technical & commercial workstreams.

Strong
consultative frameworks
(e.g., MEDDICC/Challenger), rigorous pipeline hygiene, and clean forecasting.
-
Comfortable selling around
security/compliance
(e.g., on-prem/private cloud, GDPR/NTRA, SOC controls) and working through legal, vendor registration, and procurement.

Technical aptitude:
you can whiteboard architecture, integrations (telephony, CRM, ticketing, data), and AI workflow concepts with a Sales Engineer.

CRM-native:
HubSpot/Salesforce for pipeline, activity, and forecast management.
Nice to have

Existing network of enterprise decision-makers in
banking/FS, real estate, hospitality, retail, telco, or government
