Job Summary:

We are looking for a sincere and detail-oriented female candidate (preferably married) to support our Accounts and HR teams in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is a fresher or someone with up to 2 years of experience who is committed, well-organized, and eager to learn both accounting and HR support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Assistance

• Basic data entry in accounting software or Excel
• Assist in invoice preparation and follow-ups
• Maintain bills, receipts, and vendor documents
• Support reconciliation of accounts and bank statements
• Filing and organizing finance-related paperwork

HR Assistance

• Maintain employee records (both hard and soft copies)
• Assist in preparing offer letters, joining kits, and other HR documents
• Support the recruitment process (job postings, interview scheduling)
• Help maintain attendance, leave records, and timesheets
• Assist with onboarding activities and employee file management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate (B.Com / BBA / B.A. or related field)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and HR processes
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email handling
• Strong follow-up and record-keeping skills
• Female candidate (preferably married), residing within 45 minutes of CBD Belapur
• Honest, well-mannered, and career-oriented

Salary:

₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and capability)

Pay: ₹12,812.25 - ₹15,000.00 per month
