Key Responsibilities:

Build, strengthen, and expand long-term relationships with
C-level stakeholders
across assigned strategic accounts.

Lead
strategic account planning and governance processes
, ensuring delivery excellence, profitability, and alignment with client objectives.

Identify, position, and close
upsell and cross-sell opportunities
across applications, cloud, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and managed services.

Ensure seamless delivery of projects by acting as the
bridge between client leadership and internal delivery teams
, escalating when needed.

Monitor
account health
(revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, renewals) and take proactive action to defend and grow share of wallet.

Collaborate with Marketing, Alliances, Presales, and Service Delivery to bring new
value-added solutions
to clients.

Support the company’s
transition into a verticalized approach
, tailoring engagement strategies for BFSI, Government, Energy, and other industries.

Maintain disciplined CRM updates (Microsoft Dynamics), ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and governance.

Represent Diyar at
executive briefings, steering committees, and industry forums
to reinforce thought leadership and trust.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
-
7+ years of
enterprise account management experience
in IT services within KSA.
-
BSFI experience is must.
-
Proven track record of
growing large accounts profitably
through consultative and solution selling.

Strong knowledge of IT solutions:
digital transformation, cloud, infrastructure, managed services, and cybersecurity.

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM for account planning and governance.

Arabic language speaker with excellent English communication skills
(written & spoken)
