Enterprise App. Specialist

Key Results Area:

• Identify fits and gaps in standard ERP functionality and provide on-going ERP process or applications to meet the needs of internal and external customers.
• Develop application requirements by analyzing business processes, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities and writing technical specifications.
• Use development tools, both in and outside of local network to design, test and deploy innovative solutions that address and enhance our unique business environment.
• Participate in special projects as assigned and monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, recommending actions.
• Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends to enable data-driven decision making.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
• Train end-users and technical staff on Orchestrator functionality and best practices.
