 Qualifications
 
 
 
 We are seeking a collaborative and solutions-focused HR professional with strong business partnering capability and the confidence to work with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
 </li>
 <li>
 CIPD qualification is desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 7 years&rsquo; experience within HR Business Partnering in a large and complex organisation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting initiatives related to organisational development, employee engagement, performance management, and change management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.

 Job Purpose:
 
 
 
 The role is responsible for leading and shaping a dynamic coffee and beverage culture across all Food &amp; Beverage (F&amp;B) outlets and events. This role champions excellence in preparation, presentation, and service delivery by ensuring consistency and upholding highest quality standards. The role will also drive innovation and elevate the overall coffee experience by enhancing guest satisfaction and upholding Company&rsquo;s reputation on service delivery.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Result Areas:
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Champion the consistent preparation and presentation of coffee and other beverages across all outlets, ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop, maintain and comply with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for beverage service to drive consistency and elevate service delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enhance team capabilities and skills through continuous engagement, performance monitoring, and practical guidance to strengthen skills and promote craftsmanship.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the setup and upkeep of beverage stations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations during daily service and special events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with culinary and service teams to creatively integrate coffee offerings into menus and event concepts, enhancing the overall guest experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all coffee equipment and supplies are properly maintained, operationally ready and available to avoid any service interruptions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive product innovation by introducing new brewing methods and seasonal offerings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure alignment with the Quality Policy established in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards, while strictly adhering to the company&rsquo;s hygiene policies and procedures to maintain proper food and equipment handling standards as per departmental guidelines and EKFC Quality Policy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with outlet and event managers to ensure beverage service supports operational goals and exceeds guest expectations.
 </li>
 </ol>
 
 
 
 
 
 Education Qualification:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Barista certification from a recognized institution e.g., Speciality Coffee Association, Barista Guild (preferred)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Work Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience as a professional barista within a hospitality or catering environment, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or training capacity within beverage operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience working in high-volume service settings, such as large-scale events and multi-outlet operations.
 </li>
 </ul>

 In-depth expertise in coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and professional equipment handling.
