Responsibilities

Partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to support the delivery of strategic HR plans aligned to business priorities.

Supporting organisational development initiatives, workforce planning, and people transformation activities.

Providing HR guidance and practical solutions to managers on people-related matters, employee engagement, and team effectiveness.

Supporting change management initiatives and helping leaders navigate organisational and cultural change.

Using people insights, trends, and data to support recommendations and improve business outcomes.

Supporting talent and succession planning activities to strengthen future workforce capability.

Working closely with leaders to enhance performance culture and align people objectives with business goals.

Supporting employee experience initiatives, communication strategies, and engagement activities.

Leading and contributing to HR projects, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives across the People function.

Building strong relationships with stakeholders while acting as a trusted HR partner and advisor.
Qualifications
We are seeking a collaborative and solutions-focused HR professional with strong business partnering capability and the confidence to work with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.

CIPD qualification is desirable.

Minimum 7 years’ experience within HR Business Partnering in a large and complex organisation.

Experience supporting initiatives related to organisational development, employee engagement, performance management, and change management.

Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
