Enterprise Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect to define and govern enterprise-wide architecture strategies that align business objectives with technology solutions. The role focuses on shaping target-state architectures, guiding large-scale transformation initiatives, and ensuring consistency, scalability, and security across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, principles, and standards
• Develop current-state and target-state architectures across business, application, data, and technology domains
• Lead architecture governance, design reviews, and solution assurance
• Collaborate with business and IT leadership to align technology roadmaps with strategic objectives
• Guide large-scale digital transformation, modernization, and integration initiatives
• Ensure solutions comply with security, performance, and regulatory requirements
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate
• Provide architectural leadership and mentorship across delivery teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 15+ years of experience in IT, including significant experience in enterprise or solution architecture roles
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or similar)
• Proven experience designing complex, large-scale enterprise systems
• Strong understanding of application, data, integration, and infrastructure architectures
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Preferred

• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification
• Experience in government or large enterprise environments
• Arabic language skills (desirable, not mandatory)
