Enterprise Architect – Smart Park

Enterprise Architect – Smart ParkAs an Enterprise Architect – Smart Park at JLL, you will define and govern the overall enterprise architecture for the smart park, ensuring that platform design, integrations, and applications deliver a seamless, world-class visitor experience while remaining operationally resilient and scalable within a government-led environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain the target-state enterprise and solution architecture for the smart park, covering digital platforms, super apps, integration layers, data ecosystems, and command-and-control environments

Translate business, operational, and visitor experience requirements into coherent architectural designs and reference models

Specify integration and interoperability standards, including API frameworks, middleware patterns, identity and access management, and data governance models

Ensure seamless end-to-end user journeys across applications and platforms while maintaining security, resilience, and performance

Develop application and platform roadmaps that align short-term deployments with long-term capability evolution and lifecycle management

Review and validate solution designs, technical architectures, and vendor proposals against agreed architectural principles and standards

Embed cybersecurity, privacy, resilience, and regulatory requirements into all architectural decisions

Establish and operate architectural governance processes, including design review boards, compliance checkpoints, and architecture decision records

Communicate architectural principles, standards, and decisions clearly to business sponsors, design teams, delivery partners, and technology vendors

Support alignment between the smart park architecture and wider smart city, enterprise IT, and government digital strategies

Identify architectural risks, dependencies, and technical debt, and define mitigation strategies

Facilitate technical workshops and architecture review sessions with multi-disciplinary stakeholders

Your Skills and ExperienceMinimum 10 years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture roles within large city, government, or complex corporate environments

Proven experience designing and governing architectures for digital platforms, data ecosystems, and integrated application landscapes

Strong understanding of integration architectures, APIs, middleware, identity management, and data governance

Experience working in government-led or public-sector programmes with strong governance and compliance requirements

Ability to balance user experience objectives with operational resilience, scalability, and security

Experience developing architectural roadmaps and aligning multiple solutions to long-term capability frameworks

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, principles-based approach

Experience establishing and operating architectural governance forums and review processes

Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or equivalent is desirable

Academic QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent relevant experience)
