Enterprise Architecture Governance Specialist-SPARX

Role Objective:

• Establish structured governance discipline integrated with Enterprise Architecture
• Own meta-model governance and architectural data integrity
• Align policies, processes, controls, and value streams within SPARX EA

Key Responsibilities:

Governance

• Manage enterprise policy framework (drafting, structuring, lifecycle control)
• Map policies to processes and enforce governance traceability
• Define governance controls across departments
• Maintain Delegation of Authority mapping within architecture
• Ensure governance alignment across business units
• Support board-level governance reporting

SPARX Enterprise Architect (Mandatory – Hands-On)

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in SPARX and governance tools
• Strong working knowledge of ArchiMate meta-model
• Experience building and governing:
• Business Layer models
• Value Streams
• Capability Maps
• Process hierarchies
• Business Objects (Forms/Data entities)
• Ability to enforce correct ArchiMate relationships:
• Value Stage → Business Process
• Process → Business Object
• Policy → Constraint/Requirement
• Control → Process
• Experience configuring and maintaining repository structure
• Control meta-model governance and prevent relationship violations
• Experience implementing modeling standards and naming conventions
• Manage architecture governance workflows

Modeling & Architecture Governance

• Experience with BPMN modeling
• Exposure to BIZBOK capability mapping
• Experience establishing EA governance framework
• Define modeling standards and review mechanisms
• Ensure data quality and object consistency in repository
• Conduct architecture review sessions with business teams

System & Integration Exposure

• Experience integrating EA with GRC or workflow systems
• Exposure to SaaS EA implementation environments
• Experience generating executive dashboards from architecture data
• Ability to structure architecture outputs for leadership reporting

Experience Profile

• Minimum 4years in Governance / Enterprise Architecture
• Proven experience implementing SPARX EA in corporate environment
• Experience working directly with senior leadership
• Background in real estate / corporate group structure preferred
• Any Bachelor's degree in Computer science/Information Technology/ Governance/BIS/Engineering.
• Professional Certification in TOGAF/Archiemate/COBIT/SPARX
• Prefer English & Arabic Speaker
