Delivery Effectiveness

Identify gaps and inconsistencies in current delivery practices across the organization and lead efforts to simplify, standardize, and strengthen delivery standards

Translate aligned delivery practices into updates to the ECM framework, including policy, standards and procedures, templates and guidance documentation.

Lead working groups and cross-functional forums to drive progress, resolve challenges and ensure alignment across stakeholders

Establish a clear and consolidated view of delivery by improving visibility of required artifacts, data inputs and source of truth across governance teams.
Governance Execution:

Lead training and enablement efforts to ensure NT partners understand and can effectively apply the ECM governance framework, delivery standards and required practices
-
Monitor adherence to governance requirements across initiatives, identify gaps or inconsistencies in the application of the framework.

Provide leadership team visibility into governance adherence by highlighting risks, issues, and areas requiring corrective actions or escalations
Qualifications:
-
10+ years of experience in project management, portfolio governance or enterprise transformation delivery
- Experience in supporting large, complex cross functional initiatives

Strong ability to synthesize complex information and communicate to senior leadership

Demonstrated experience driving delivery governance, or operating model implementation

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capability

Project Management Professional(PMP) certification required
Salary Range:
$137,400 - 240,400 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
