Role Summary

The Enterprise Growth Manager is a senior individual contributor role designed for elite revenue professionals who can consistently deliver aggressive profit-based results in a fast-moving, strategy-led, AI-enabled business environment.

You will be responsible for originating, developing, and closing enterprise strategic deals across advisory, AI transformation, digital operating systems, custom GPT solutions, and sales acceleration architectures.

This role requires someone who has worked in sophisticated commercial environments, who understands enterprise buying behaviours, and who can influence CXOs, founders, boards, and senior business leaders with clarity and authority.

Targets must be achieved from the first month of performance, and commissions are payable only upon achieving the monthly profit threshold.

Compensation Package

This position offers one of the most competitive compensation structures in India for a non-leadership enterprise commercial role.

Fixed Annual Compensation:

INR 36,00,000 – 54,00,000
(3L – 4.5L per month fixed salary)

Candidates from MBB, Big 4 consulting leadership tracks, global SaaS enterprise sales, or major technology companies may be offered custom enhanced packages.

Commission Structure (Profit-Linked and Performance-Qualified)

Commission eligibility requires achieving the full individual monthly profit target.

Base Commission:

  • 10% of profit generated until total monthly profit equals 10x monthly salary.

Accelerator Commission:

  • 18% of profit beyond the 10x profit benchmark.

Annual Performance Bonus:

  • Up to three months’ salary for sustained high-performance across all quarters.

Total Annual Earning Potential:

INR 80 Lakhs – 1.5 Crore+
for consistently high-performing Enterprise Growth Managers.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Sales Execution

  • Achieve monthly individual profit targets consistently.
  • Originate, qualify, and close high-value strategic and AI-transformation deals.
  • Engage senior leadership of organisations including CEOs, Founders, CXOs, CHROs, CIOs, CFOs, and Directors.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, solution workshops, advisory pitch meetings, and executive presentations.

Commercial Strategy & Pipeline Ownership

  • Build and manage a strong multi-crore pipeline across multiple industries.
  • Drive predictable monthly performance through disciplined governance.
  • Prepare commercially rigorous proposals, business cases, and ROI frameworks for enterprise clients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Strategy, AI, Delivery, and Digital Infrastructure teams to design client solutions.
  • Work with leadership to support large enterprise engagements and multi-phase transformation programs.

Market Intelligence & Expansion

  • Identify new enterprise verticals and partnerships for strategic growth.
  • Map industry opportunities and competitive landscapes.
  • Represent IPDM in enterprise meetings, industry discussions, and executive briefings.

Performance Expectations

Within the first month:

  • Achieve individual profit targets.
  • Build a healthy enterprise opportunity pipeline.
  • Begin closing high-ticket deals and strategic engagements.

Within 60 days:

  • Establish a sustainable, predictable commercial rhythm.
  • Bring in advisory, AI transformation, or digital infrastructure clients.

Within the first 90 days:

  • Maintain consistent achievement of monthly profit thresholds.
  • Demonstrate the ability to execute enterprise deals independently with minimal supervision.

Education Requirements

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM from premier institutions (IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, MDI, NMIMS, TAPMI, or equivalent international schools).
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with demonstrable excellence in enterprise B2B sales.

Experience Requirements

  • 6 to 15 years of enterprise B2B sales experience in consulting, SaaS, AI, digital transformation, automation, IT services, or enterprise software.
  • Proven success closing high-ticket, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Strong experience managing CXO relationships.
  • Background in Big 4 or global consulting, enterprise SaaS companies, or technology giants is highly preferred.

  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex AI-driven and strategy-led solutions clearly.
  • Mastery in enterprise pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Strong consultative selling capabilities and business acumen.
  • Ability to operate with independence, discipline, and commercial maturity.
