PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $156,200.00-$190,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $121,200.00 - $225,800.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC. If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. As an Enterprise Program Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving large-scale, strategic initiatives that shape the future of our technology and business operations. You’ll partner across teams to bring complex programs to life—aligning priorities, navigating challenges, and ensuring meaningful outcomes. Your ability to connect strategy to execution will directly influence how we deliver value to our members. This is a high-impact role where your leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills will help move the organization forward. You won’t just manage programs—you’ll help transform how we work.
Program Leadership & Delivery: You’ll lead complex, enterprise-wide programs from initiation through completion—ensuring alignment, execution, and successful delivery across multiple teams and business units.
Business Outcome Ownership: You’ll define, track, and measure program success—ensuring each initiative delivers meaningful, measurable business impact.
Financial & Resource Management: You’ll oversee program budgets, resource plans, and timelines, ensuring efficient allocation and execution across all workstreams.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline required, or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, informatics, applied mathematics or equivalent work or educational experience required.
10+ years of experience leading complex, enterprise-wide programs and technology initiatives and at least 2 years of experience driving process improvement across enterprise workflows, documentation, and engineering practices
Proven track record managing cross-functional delivery across large-scale, multi-team environments and ability to lead, mentor, and influence teams, including performance feedback and workload management
