This role will be responsible for designing & configuring financial modules (Accounts, Job Costing, AP/AR, Billing, Payroll, CIS), executing data migration, driving implementation workshops, leading UAT, and ensuring successful client deployment.

Job Description:

• Professional qualification such as CA / MBA (Finance) / M. Com

• Strong and thorough functional knowledge with relevant hands-on experience (this is the most critical requirement).

• Proven experience in working closely with senior Accounts & Finance leadership, including CFOs, Finance Heads, or Chief Accountants.

• Confident and effective communication skills, especially in professional discussions and presentations. This is also very important.

• Strong written communication skills, including drafting emails, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and formal documents.

• Practical experience working with ERP systems
